Why I Started This Blog
Hello everyone! I started this blog because it’s extra credit for my Religous Studies major requirements. And I LOVE extra credit :) Basically all Junior relgious studies majors got an email from the program director saying we could start our own blog, on any blog site, and as long as we updated it at least once a week, with a relevant blog on how our faith impacted our life that day, we would recieve extra credit on our department wide final exam. Sounded too easy to pass up for me! I chose wordpress because it was one of the recommended sites and it looked easy enough to use (and I’m slowly getting sick of MySpace). You don’t have to register to view blogs, so it would be easy for my professor and other RST majors to read my posts. Also a few people I know from church use wordpress. Hopefully once I get the hang of this thing I’ll have regular posts. Updates on how my new classes are going, how life in remission is going, any wedding plans we make that are important (like when we finally set a date!) and most importantly, how my journey in faith is going.
